"Secret available wholesale"

Finch is an almost entirely unremarkable man to look at.  His brown hair is pulled back in a simple braid that extends about halfway down his back, leaving only a few strands to escape and settle on his face.  His eyes are sea-green, always twinkling with laughter, and he wears a simple tunic and set of trousers in tan and brown.  His most noticeable characteristic is his voice, which is generally quite pleasant to listen to.

IC Information:

• Finch is a freesale purveyor of information and secrets, a spy for hire.  His rates are usually reasonable, and he often is willing to deal in things other than money.
• Although it's not readily apparent just looking at him, Finch is a Dragonblooded Scion of Hesiesh.  He doesn't advertise this fact, but makes no strenuous attempts to hide it.
