     Mnemon Koal strides calmly to Kyrie's office wondering what she had discovered, the footfalls of his massive boots echoing ahead of him as usual. His eyes are more clear and the blackness has receeded, if not vanished. He hopes with Hrath's help he will be able avoid crossing the line when it comes to this investigation.

Mnemon Koal cannot forsake his duties however, and an oath sworn upon Pasiap is hard to break.

     Peleps Maruko volunteers to take care of teaching speech to the newly-healed man, as the only member of the three without formal duties in the city that require her attention.

     Mnemon Koal sees Kyrie deep in concentration, puzzling something out over an array of instruments he doesn't understand; she motions him toward two people over in the corner. Confused, but recognizing Peleps Maruko, he walks on over. "Greetings Sister Maruko. It seems the good doctor thinks you have some information related to our investigation. I also wanted to thank you for helping Brother Chu see the wisdom in coming here to face his inner demons.

     Peleps Maruko smiles politely at Koal. "I am no monk, officer, merely another child of Daana'd. I have been seeking information from this man, but, as you might expect," she laughs softly, "he has not been a wellspring of information. I hope this will change soon."

     Mnemon Koal nods, looking over the man. His eyes lock onto yours, quiet black coals. "Just what kind of information are you seeking Lady Maruko? Lady Kyrie seemed to think I might be interested, and I'm only involved in one investigation at the moment..."

     Peleps Maruko shrugs. "I'm still trying to track down what was going on surrounding Peleps Deled, really, and this man seems like he must be a clue."

     Mnemon Koal says, "I seem to recall seeing this man and another of similar bearing at some point; I would have to check my notes. However, many people followed Deled, and he is gone. I know Kyrie might feel that Deled was involved in the murders here in Greyfalls. Have you found out anything relating to this in your own investigation into Deled?"

     Peleps Maruko shakes her head. "As I said, this man has not been very forthcoming, for the obvious reasons."

     Mnemon Koal seems stumped at that response. "I can see what Lady Kyrie has done. Perhaps he will have something to say given enough time."...he seems unconvinced

Peleps Maruko nods. "I will see to his training, hopefully some answers will be forthcoming."

     Mnemon Koal says, "Ask about poison. The victims were murdered by poisoning. We're still narrowing down the place and time." His eyes harden, glints of cold determined granite. "But we will get our answers.""

     Peleps Maruko nods. "I will do so."
